Delivery to countries in Europe and the CIS is arranged when we review your request. Before payment, the seller will confirm delivery to your country, product availability, the shipping method and estimated dispatch timing. Product prices, shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes are clarified before payment. The final amount is agreed with you separately. Submitting a request on this website does not make an online payment.

Before payment, the seller will provide the return, exchange and cancellation terms for your chosen item, including how to make a request and any return shipping costs. Please clarify these terms before confirming the order. Your applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If you find a problem after receiving an item, contact the seller with your request number and a description of the issue.
